Jalapeno Cheddar Beer Bread.I don't think I've ever posted about food on here but I've been really into making this beer bread lately so I wanted to share. It's such an easy recipe because you use a 120z beer instead of a packet of yeast, so there really is no waiting for it to rise or anything. It comes out flakey and crispy on the outside and soft and doughy inside. It's sort of more like a big biscuit than bread. We had a slice with a big bowl of veggie chilli mmm!
