Getting back into the swing of things has been tough this week. I can't get my mind off of the easy livin' of beach life! Atleast it's Friday. I'm going to spend mine hangin' around the salt lamp, sewing, and probably reading! Can't help but be such a party animal these days.
I'm back from my lovely week of soaking up the sunshine (& apparently being allergic to it?) and like most vacations, it feels like it flew by! These shots are from the 4th of July which consisted of breakfast at Mustache Bill's Diner, a hot day on the beach, sangria spritzers, fireworks, and of course, ice cream.
You might not know this about me, but I really, really love the beach. For the last 3 years I've been going down to Long Beach Island, New Jersey with John and his family for 1 week each summer. It has become my favorite week of the entire year, and that week starts tomorrow! Bikes are tuned up, short dresses are packed, time to go pick up some sun screen and a good book!
