Just found these photos John took of me in Big Sur. We stayed at Kirk Creek Campground which is on a bluff overlooking the ocean. A little trail brings you over the creek and through some wildflowers and fennel leading you right up to the sea.

Getting back into the swing of things has been tough this week. I can't get my mind off of the easy livin' of beach life! Atleast it's Friday. I'm going to spend mine hangin' around the salt lamp, sewing, and probably reading! Can't help but be such a party animal these days.
You might not know this about me, but I really, really love the beach. For the last 3 years I've been going down to Long Beach Island, New Jersey with John and his family for 1 week each summer. It has become my favorite week of the entire year, and that week starts tomorrow! Bikes are tuned up, short dresses are packed, time to go pick up some sun screen and a good book!
